Lloyd Consulting was engaged to undertake a third party review of a site contamination assessment prepared in preparation for the proposed redevelopment of the site.

Services Provided

Lloyd Consulting was engaged to undertake an inspection and audit of contamination assessment fieldwork procedures, a review of the Environmental Contamination Assessment report and associated Site Management Plans and remedial Action Plans as prepared by the consultant, negotiation of acceptance of said plans by BCC and DERM, formerly EPA, and the preparation of documentation as required under the contaminated Lands Provisions in the EP Act (1994).
