Management System Implementation

Catherine works within, and helps in maintaining, the Lloyd Consulting business management system comprising quality administration, business and project management procedures in accordance with ISO9001:2000 requirements. 

 
Business Processes and Administration
Catherine provides assistance in the general management of the business, including the day-to-day administrative processes such as invoicing and handling accounts enquiries, cash flow analysis and reporting.

 
Technical and Communications Support Assistance
Technical and communications support assistance in the form of: information gathering, data-base building, manipulation and reporting; issuing communications; editorial services; and general clerical and office support.

 

Data Entry and Report Editing
Catherine has advanced skills in using the Microsoft Office Suite, enabling her to provide high quality, accurate editing of project related reports.
