Project Description
Lloyd Consulting provided TPR services for the redevelopment of a site comprising a former Brisbane City Council depot and a number of structures associated with the former operations including workshops, laboratories, fuel storages and offices, to become a precinct of mixed uses including commercial, retail, high density residential and some community uses.
Services Provided
The Third Party Review of a mixed use development in Fortitude Valley comprised of a review of two preliminary site contamination assessment reports (stage 1 and 2) and associated documentation, a site inspection and review against documentation, liaison with the EPA, inspection of sampling procedure, and a review of assessment reporting and associated Site Management Plan / Remedial Action Plan (SMP/RAP).
Further to this, a review of the staged implementation of the Remedial Action Plan, an inspection of selected excavation and disposal works, a review of remediation validation reports and Site Management Plan, and the preparation of TPR summary report for DERM, formerly EPA, review and approval were provided by Lloyd Consulting.
