Project Description

The Gold Coast Water Strategic Planning Process built on an existing strategic actions framework, through a systematic audit of progress, to form the basis of a strategic planning workshop.

Trevor Lloyd was given the role of facilitating an investigation of existing (and new) Strategic Actions, with a focus on improving business processes through the review and prioritisation of strategies, projects and day-to-day programs.   This project also involved the introduction of environmental due diligence and risk assessment procedures to the process and the documentation of strategic planning outputs.
