Project Description
The Lloyd Consulting Alliance provides environmental monitoring for a major landfill site and transfer
stations in South East Queensland. The waste management facility receives a variety of solid waste streams including
municipal solid waste, industrial, construction and demolition wastes,
contaminated soils and biosolids.
Lloyd Consulting provide continuing
environmental reporting and consulting services in relation to the collation,
interpretation and documentation of the findings of environmental monitoring
programs at the landfill and two of the transfer station sites.
The
objectives of the monitoring program are to:
- Establish compliance with licence conditions and Australian guidelines; and
- Provide information to evaluate
operational performance.
The monitoring programs
consist of sampling and analysis being carried out on surface water, ground water and leachate.
