Project Description
South East Queensland Water is engaged in the critical task of planning
for the management of the next 50 years water supply and demand in
South East Qld. Lloyd Consulting was engaged to undertake the
facilitation of stakeholder workshops and to provide associated support
in relation to the Water Balance Task, as part of the South East
Queensland Regional Water Supply Strategy.
Services Provided
Trevor Lloyd and Mary Maher facilitated meetings with the key stakeholders on this
important issue. The role required expert skills in the facilitation of
constructive discussion, dispute resolution, as well as strong
technical knowledge, in order to further the progress of the group. The
workshops resulted in the development of a defined Level of Service and
Multi Criteria Analysis framework in regard to water supply.
