Rochedale Estates is a
master planned being developed FKP. It
consists of allotments for detached dwellings and multiple dwelling buildings,
a community centre and a number of parks.
It is located close to Gateway
Arterial Road and Gardner Road.
Services Provided
Acoustics RB Pty Ltd was
engaged by FKP to undertake a detailed assessment of road traffic noise
intrusion onto the estate and to provide technical advice on innovative and
cost-effective solutions to control noise intrusion to the meet the high
standards imposed by both Department of Transport and Main Roads and Brisbane
City Council.
