Trevor Lloyd is the Director of Lloyd Consulting with 20 years environmental assessment and management experience, including co-ordination roles for major natural resource management projects in Australia for the Commonwealth, State and Local Governments and the mining and industrial sectors. His project experience has included a wide range of government, industry and community stakeholders and extensive consultation and consensus building activities. Trevor holds a First Class Honours Degree in Applied Science from the University of Queensland and a Master of Engineering Science from the University of New South Wales. He has additional training in contaminated land assessment, health and safety, risk management and quality assurance. He is a nationally accredited environmental auditor and QEPA Third Party Reviewer.

Michelle Walker - Principal Consultant Grad Dip App Sc, B.Sc

Michelle Walker has 15 years direct experience of leading policy development and
planning activities in environmental, coastal and NRM programs at State
and regional scales in northern Australia. Michelle has led program
evaluations, including a review of Regional NRM Plans' alignment to the
Reef Water Quality Protection Plan, a review of the relevancy of
Queensland State-level Investment Projects and a census of Regional NRM
Bodies' investment in the Queensland Wetlands Programme. She is
experienced in developing statutory instruments and state-wide policy
relevant to coastal zone management and in developing and reviewing
regional NRM plans.
Michelle is an experienced negotiator and process facilitator with
extensive experience in workshop design and leadership. She
has experience in leading community engagement activities specifically
in coastal zone management, regional NRM planning programs and nature
conservation, including with Indigenous communities.

Dr Greg Swain is a Senior Environmental Engineer with 10
years experience in environmental assessment, management and monitoring. Greg
holds environmental engineering qualifications (BE (Environ-Hons), PhD) from
the University of
Queensland and has worked
on a number of major projects for a variety of private and public sector
clients. He has delivered a range of environmental services and products in the
areas of environmental auditing and risk assessment, contaminated land
management, environmental and ecological monitoring. Greg has additional
training in groundwater resource and contaminant fate and transport modeling
and is experienced in QEPA Third Party Review processes and technical
requirements.

Graham
Cordingley has over 10 years experience in environmental consulting and has
built a strong background in environmental auditing and the assessment and management
of contaminated sites, acid sulfate soils, ambient air and hazardous materials.
Prior to consulting, Graham worked as an Environment Officer with the
Environment Protection Authority (EPA), now known as the Department of
Environment and Resource Management (DERM), and has built a solid understanding
of Queensland's legislative framework.

Philip Lloyd is a Senior Software Engineer, with a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical – Computer Systems) Hons I from The University of Queensland. Philip has over ten years experience in systems analysis, requirements modelling, system architecture, design, implementation, deployment and support, and management of the software development lifecycle. The projects Philip has been involved in have ranged in size from single-user utility applications to distributed, multi-user, real-time process control systems. Philip has provided substantial consultancy input into the Queensland Department of Main Roads (Transmax) STREAMS system, an intelligent transport system deployed throughout Queensland. Philip has also developed database systems for the storage and analysis of environmental monitoring data.
