As Third Party Reviewers, Lloyd Consulting ensures that contamination issues are appropriately addressed and can considerably reduce the time, and associated costs, to development completion.
The Queensland Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is encouraging the use of a Third Party Reviewer (TPR) process to assess the suitability of reports and plans prepared by environmental consultants to support a development application.
Technical knowledge and a strong understanding of Queensland's contaminated site administrative processes, are the keys to an efficient turn-around on project assessment and approval processes that can often be a major consideration in project delivery and success; resulting in:
- faster review of contaminated land site investigation, cleanup work and associated reports;
- technical and legislative advice to environmental consultants;
- fewer repeated requests for additional information; and
- the appropriate investigation of contamination issues, protecting the environment and the health of future site users.
